2024 R dogfree - I'm from the UK originally and it is a dog hell hole. I live in Australia now (Western Australia) and it is relatively civilized with regards to dogs. Lots of dogfree beaches, national parks and only really see dogs in hardware stores not any other shops. Surprised the Philippines and Colombia are not a lot higher.

I don’t know if the attractiveness of a bare skull is a good measurement of breeding appropriateness.
